Almost at the 50 and 300 Milestones!

Great news!
Equilibrium has almost reached 50 plays and 300 views!
This is a significant increase in attention and in plays since the first demo was release. The dev team and I couldn’t be happier with the positive responses we’ve been getting in regards to the game and we will continue to work hard so you can have the best possible experience.

Good and Bad News...

Hello everyone!

I have some good and some bad news for you all today.

The good news is: I fixed the glitch where equipping armour and weapons inside of the store would cause a crash.

The bad news is: I had to delete an entrie line of code in order to do so. This means that the overall experience of the game may be less than what it was before. However, I trust that since it wasn’t that big of a deal and was simply a luxury of GUI, there will be no significant player lashback from this fix.

I hope you all continue to enjoy Equilibrium. As I had stated in a previous news update there will be a new patch out this weekend with this and a few other changes implemented. Let me know of any concerns or ideas to make the game better.

Equilibrium Upcoming Changes...

Hey guys, a few quick notes.

  1. I received a message saying there was a glitch where equipping armour would crash the game. Please let me know if you have this error.

  2. I’m currently looking for a logo designer and a graphic designer as well as an editor for my Youtube channel. If you know anyone or are someone who could fill any of these positions please let me know.

  3. The armours will be updated this weekend!

  4. I fixed a bug with Sonata’s 3rd possible cutscene.

  5. The visual glitch with the picture is currently a work in progress. Will be updating on this constantly.

  6. How is everything so far? Feedback is welcome.

Equilibrium Demo 1 Released!

Hello everyone!

It’s been a long time coming but I finally got the first demo for Equilibrium up and ready to go! A few notes:

  1. Don’t expect this game to be perfect. Like most unfinished games, there will be bugs, potential grammar mistakes, but there should be no gamebreaking errors.

  2. The armours do not have stats. We are currently working on the amrour stats and there will be a patch for the demo soon with the updated armour stats so just hang tight.

  3. I am currently unsure about whether or not I will be including diagonal movement in the final release of Equilibrium, so I am leaving that up to you guys. Let me know what you think about the new movement in the comments.

  4. Disregard the characters picture in all battles. It is a graphical glitch that we (I) are currently working on fixing. This may be released in a patch or a future update.

  5. Music is courtesy of Immediate Music and Johann Johannsson. If you lovet the soundtrack, be sure to check those two out.

  6. Big shoutout to Yanfly and Atelier Rgss for their excellent work on scripts. Without them, this game would not be possible.

  7. Shout out to my assistant developers Connor Larson, Trey Davis, Sona George, and Jacob Robinson for inspiration, ideas, encouragement, and hard work. I love you all.

EQ News Update 1

Hello all,

This is Turtle, the current sole developer of Equilibrium
After taking some time off from trying to build onto the current game I have decided to re do Equilibrium from the ground up. there will be a new story, tons of new features, and hopefully a much more fun and exciting playable experience for you all. I still have high hopes for a Christmas release but delays could come into play. Should a delay occur, know that it is only because I am trying to deliver the best game I can to you all. I will try to update more frequently to let you all know what’s going on but in the meantime, let’s talk about what is coming in the near future.

Armours:
Adding several types of armours including class specific armours bringing the total to around 400 armours
Weapons: All of the weapons will now be lore friendly and have unique descritions with hidden secrets.
Characters: All characters will now be equipped with Primary and Sub Classes to add more depth to the game. Each Subclass will have it’s own unique weapons and skill sets.
Skills: Skills are going to look better than ever. Thanks to some new scripts, I now have the ability to add combo and chain skills to allow for flashy combos and cool hidden skills
Story: After looking over my original notes for how I wanted the story of the game to proceed, I have realized that it is crap. In order to bring you all the very best, I have decided to completely rewrite the story from the ground up. Expect a dynamically new adventure
Etc: There are lots of new changes coming to Equilibrium soon. I will periodically release demos to be played while I work. Any and all feedback is welcome and I encourage you to leave suggestions on what I can do to bring you the best game possible.

Equilibrium Rework

Hi everyone!

I recently acquired some new scripts that will allow for Equilibrium’s gameplay to be completely revolutionized in a (hopefully) positive way.
When I am finished with the rework I will upload it along with the original demo for comparison.
However, because of all of the new features implemented into the game, it will be a long time before I can release the reworked demo. On top of that, all future updates will most likely take considerably longer. But it is a sacrifice I am willing to make in order to give you guys the best possible gameplay experience.
